She was a graduate of Parkview High School class of 1980. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville for one year. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Secretary of State’s office. She worked for the Pulaski County Election Commission where she retired in 2017.
She was preceded in death by her mother Linda Joyce Beulah Springer.
She is survived by her husband; Herbert H Washington, father; Charles S Springer Sr, stepmother; Deloris Westbrook Springer, brother; Charles S Springer Jr, her dog “Ace”, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, September 6, 2025 10:00 am – 11:30 am at New Millennium Church, 21 Lakeshore Dr Little Rock, AR 72204. Repast will be in the Education Building following services.
