Aron Stern, 92, of Brooklyn, NY passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Born in Czechoslovakia, Mr. Stern is a Holocaust survivor who moved to the United States after the war and settled in Brooklyn, NY. He ran and owned multiple grocery stores, including most recently E&A Superette in Brooklyn.
He was the beloved husband of the late Gladys Stern for 50 years and a loving father of Elaina Finkel and Andrew Stern, as well as Elaina's husband Tobiah. He was the devoted grandfather of Joshua and Michael Finkel and Eian Stern.
Memorial donations may be made to the Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island or to the Alzheimer's Association.
