Faye M. Tobia

Born and raised in Newark to the late Rosa (nee Donatiello) and Anthony Mammolite, Faye lived in Bloomfield, West Caldwell, and Toms River.

She worked for many, many years for Dr. Frank Latorraca in Orange, doing accounting and insurance processing before retiring in 2012 at the age of 90.

Faye’s greatest joy was her family. She loved cooking, especially pies, and doing crafts. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed time spent with her cousins card club.

She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence Tobia, loving mother of Linda (Robert) Romano, John (Eva) Tobia, Jackie Tobia and the late Lawrence and Robert Tobia, dear sister of the late Vincenza Braccioforte, Michael Mammolite, Anna Tobia, and Donald Mamolite, cherished grandmother of Robert, Todd (Jessica), Sean, Jenna (Jonathan), Sal, Robert, Jessica, Frank and Nicole, and great grandmother of Jonathan, Dante, and Andelina.

Memorial Services are pending under the direction of the LaMonica Memorial Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Faye's memory be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at woundedwarriorproject.org.
