Florence was born on June 20, 1926 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She graduated from St. Mary of the Assumption High School. Upon graduation, she was a retail clerk at a local department store and was later promoted to lingerie buyer.
An exceptional homemaker, family was her joy in life. She also enjoyed dancing, flower arranging and working in the flower gardens.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Robert (“Bobby”) Sagan and 9 brothers and sisters. Florence will be missed by her children Lynda (Tom) Rutherford and Karen (Dennis) Hudacsko.
A memorial gathering will be held at LaMonica Memorial Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue Livingston, NJ, on Saturday September 17, 2022 form 9-11 AM. Inurnment will follow at Clover Leaf Memorial Park Woodbridge, NJ.
