He was a family man and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Joe was the owner Joe Colavito Landscaping in West Orange for 50 years.
He was the beloved husband of Angela (Desimini) Colavito; loving father of Teresa Fresco and husband Anthony, Tommy (Gaetano) Colavito, and Nicholas Colavito and wife Danielle; cherished grandfather of Joe and Danny Fresco; and dear brother of Gaetano Colavito and the late Lena Colavito.
Visitation will be held at the LaMonica Memorial Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, on Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 4-8 pm.
The funeral will commence at the funeral home on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 9:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Raphael’s Church in Livingston at 10:30 am and Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
