He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Silvana Santos, his parents, Ellen and Martin Kroll, his sisters, Allison (Scott) Levy and Lauren Kroll, his nephew Dylan Levy, many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Doris and Bernard Kroll, Jean and Joel Coonin, and uncle Jack Coonin.
Jonathan Kroll was born in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1982. He graduated from Owings Mills High School in Maryland in 2000 and from the University of Pittsburgh, in 2004. He was a graduate of Texas Tech Medical School and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at MedStar, Union Memorial Hospital, in Maryland. Jon was a natural helper as well as a funny, charming, and genuine person.
