He was born and raised in Newark's Weequahic section. Julius resided in Livingston, N.J. for the last 53 years where he raised his two children, Debbie and Gary.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Betty in 2015, Julius is survived by his daughter Debbie, his son Gary, and his grandsons Jonathan and Justin.
Julius enjoyed sports of all types and was an avid N.Y. Giants and N.Y. Yankee fan. He also enjoyed his trips to the casino with his son Gary and dinners out with his daughter Debbie.
