Marit Elizabeth Frasca

Services will be conducted from the La Monica Memorial Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave. Livingston on Tuesday, December 30, at 9 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Philomena’s Church in Livingston at 10 am. The interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visitation is being held on Monday from 4-8 pm.

Marit was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Marit and Jarle Svaan. She was a resident of Livingston for 33 years and Budd Lake for 5 years.

She was also a devout member of St. Philomena’s Church in Livingston where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and sang in the church choir.

She was the beloved wife of the late Harry J. Frasca, Jr., loving mother of Harry R. Frasca, III, Barbara M. Lamanna and her husband Emilio, Elizabeth C. Drozd and her husband Thomas, David Frasca and his wife Dana Marie, and the late Cynthia Frasca, dear sister of John Svaan and his wife Eleanor and Mildred Berg and her husband Roy, and cherished grandmother of Matthew, Angelina, Isabella, Jessica, Samantha, and David Jr.
