Melissa is missed and her memory lives on in the hearts that she touched. She was very kind to all, she was the first to say hello and offer help to anyone or animal that needed it. Her husband Lee misses her dearly. He is comforted that Melissa is in God’s loving arms.

I've been banned from Facebook for 2 years. I recently got back on, and just learned of her passing. There are simply no words to describe how much Lissa, and her "funnies" will be missed. She was the first Fren 🐸 I looked for upon my return. Her warmth, humor, and dedication made some difficult pills, a bit easier to swallow. The history books may never reflect what some random ordinary folks, from all walks of life did for humanity, but Lissa earned her Meme War Veteran status  with honors! 🇺🇲🫡God bless you Fren🐸 ...it was an honor serving with you!

I am very sorry for the loss of your Mom. I hope the cherished memories and abundance of love envelope you in your time of need. I hope you're all doing well. I miss you, think of you ALL of the time (seriously, just ask my husband!). We're forever family, and if you ever need anything at all, please do not hesitate to ask. I met Melissa over two years ago when I moved in and became her new neighbor. She was very friendly and welcomed me to the area. She was a kind, considerate, and fun loving person. Melissa loved her family, she loved her home and she loved being home with her husband Lee and their two dogs Mozart and Bella. She will be missed terribly. 

I had known Melissa for a couple of years In that short time I realized how great, her love for all living things. She was a ray of light on a cloudy day. She brightened many peoples lives daily with her humor.  She will be missed by so many, who loved her.  May God give us strength in times of grief and heartbreak. May she rest in peace in the arms of the almighty.  My sincerest condolences to Melissa's family especially her son Kerry and grandson Aiden. She loves you both so very much. 

Words simply fail me. I knew Lissa online and most mornings - early in NJ time (I'm in England)  - Lissa would greet the world and I replied "morning lovely Lissa". because she was - and is still in our hearts - so lovely. Whatever my personal mood, I would howl out loud at Lissa's latest amazing meme.
We shared - with so many - a common goal for the people, the patriots - everywhere - it matters not that we are "across the pond" from each other; the aim is still the same for us all and what a fire Lissa put into my belly each day, to achieve that aim.
When I told Lissa about my sick dog, she went to great trouble to re-assure me online - another trait of a wonderful person - a dog lover.
My heart goes out to all of Lissa's family and friends. May you find Peace in your own special memories of this amazing lady - and in knowing she touched so many of us, inspired so many of us, kept so many of us going thru our own dark times.

She knew her battle  every day was alongside patriots.  She gave a dose of good medicine daily.  Often, and, in spite of myself, she brought laughter to my heart.  
I am very saddened.
A fierce love has been born amongst many of us.
We will see her again.

As a facebook friend of Lissa we have never actually met. But I had coffee with her every morning for many months.She would start my day with a laugh with her funny memes .She inspired me to go on. Lissa was a ray of sunshine for and was loved by many. We miss her in our life. Lissa , whereever you are I hope the coffee is not pumpkin spice and the tacos are free. I love you sister. See you soon.

I would like to extend condolences to the family and friends of Melissa. I have been friends with Melissa for a very long time. We talked often. My heart has a hole in it where Melissa use to shine. She spread love and joy to her family and friends and we loved her for it. I would especially like to pray for comfort for her son Kerry and her grandson Aiden. She spoke of them often. I would like everyone to know that Melissa had an online social media presence and that there are thousands of her online friends and followers grieving and paying tribute to her there. Hello, my name is John, I am Melissa's friend from England, or Mel as she let me call her.
I would like to pass on my profound condolences to the family for their loss. Mel was simply fantastic, so passionate about life and what she cared about, so full of drive, never giving up, always doing what she felt she could to make the world better.
It was our hope that she would come to visit England, which she was so excited about, so many places she wanted to see, sadly this never happened, but above all, she loved her family, and I have always felt that was especially admirable.
I can only imagine how hard her loss must be for her son Kerry and Grandson Aidan, I can only say, time will mend the hurts, and I know Melissa would want you both to live your best life, sadly you must do this without her, but as she was strong, so I am sure you will be strong too.
Mel was the very best of friends and I will miss her friendship so very much. Simply irreplacable. The Earth is poorer for her loss, but Heaven is stronger, and will be so eternally.
