Services will commence on Monday, November 24, at 9 am from the LaMonica Memorial Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave. Livingston, thence to St. Joseph’s Church in West Orange where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. The visitation is on Sunday from 2-6 pm.
Born in Dunmore, Pa., Romando moved to Newark in 1943 where he lived for 35 years before moving to West Orange in 1978.
He was a blueprint clerk with Worthington Pump in Harrison for over 25 years retiring more the 20 years ago.
He was an Army veteran of WWII and was a member of the VFW Post 376 in West Orange.
Romando was predeceased by his parents Carmella (nee Cigna) and Raymond Giordano, and a brother Joseph J. Giordano.
He is survived by his loving brothers Richard (Dick), John (Jack), and Carmen Giordano. He also leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
