Alden A. Sawyer, age 88, of Livonia, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2020. Alden was born May 3, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan.

Retired Fire Marshall with 47 years of service with City of Livonia. He was a life long resident of Livonia. Survived by his wife Lynn; children Stephen (Julie), Charles, Patricia (Rodney), Patrick (Sarah), Carissa (Robert), and 28 grand and great grandchildren.

A private visitation for Alden will be held at Harry J Will Funeral Home with a private burial at Parkview Memorial Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at later date.

In lieu of flowers, consider contributions in Alden's memory may be made to Unity Of Livonia; and Angela Hospice.
