

Alice Thelma Staffeld, age 86, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2025. Born on April 25, 1939, in Highland Park, Michigan, Alice was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and strength touched all who knew her.
Alice dedicated more than four decades of her life as a Medical Office Manager with the Henry Ford Health Systems, where her compassion and commitment to care made a lasting impact on countless patients and colleagues. She retired at the age of 70, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and kindness.
In her earlier years, Alice shared a passion for golf with her former husband, Paul Staffeld, and was known for her athletic spirit throughout her life. She was also a devoted animal lover and had a special place in her heart for her beloved dog, Harley.
Alice cherished time with her family above all else. She held treasured memories of summers at Camp Dearborn, where she served as a camp counselor and created lasting bonds and traditions. Nothing brought her greater joy than being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who she loved deeply and unconditionally.
She is survived by her loving children: Chuck (Denise) Staffeld, Laura (Ray) Ingham, and Brian (Nubia) Staffeld; her adored grandchildren: Charles (Kate), Brooke (Jake), Carter (Chelsea), and Taylor; and her precious great-grandchildren: Bennett, Gavin, Terry, and Cooper. She is also survived by her dear brothers: Tom (Emily) Harrison, George (Chris) Harrison, and Terry (Mae) Harrison.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Thelma (Hall) Harrison; her sister-in-law, Carol; and her former husband, Paul Staffeld.
Alice will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her enduring strength, and her joyful spirit. She leaves behind a family united by the love she so freely gave and the example she so gracefully lived.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 W. Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. Alice’s family is welcome at 10:00 am for viewing. Visitor viewing will begin at 10:30am and end at 12pm. Service will follow viewing at 12pm. In accordance with Alice’s wishes, cremation will follow, and she will be laid to rest at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West at a later date.
