

Ann Marie McLeod was born in Livonia, Michigan on November 8, 1956 to Margaret and the late Hillary McLeod. She was one of 4 children. Ann Marie passed away suddenly in Detroit, Michigan on May 6, 2013 at the age of 56.
She leaves behind to mourn; her mother Margaret McLeod, her sister; Mary (Gus) Vander Elzen, her brothers; Brian and James McLeod, her only nephew; Ian (Katy) Vander Elzen of whom she was very close with, her great-nephew Issac Vander Elzen and her two cats.
Ann Marie owned her own business for many years called "Artistic Trim". She specialized in pin-striping and detailing cars. She had a natural talent with art and enjoyed home decorating as a hobby. Ann Marie loved all animals, however, she had a horse named Princess as a young girl and developed a special passion for horses.
Ann Marie generously donated several of her body tissues to the Michigan Gift of Life Organ and Tissues Program. She will live on in the men, women, and children of whom she helped to save.
There will be a Memorial Mass, led by Father Socorro Fernandes, at 11:00am on Friday, June 21, 2013 with a luncheon to follow at Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church, 25700 Six Mile (at Beech Daly Road) Redford Township, Michigan 48240
