

He was a loving husband to his wife of almost 60 years , Souad “Sue” Sabb (nee Ghazal), and an amazing father to his 3 children, Patti (Donovan), Brian and Sandra (Bert). He also is survived by 10 grandchildren-Michael, Megan, Allison, Matthew, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Hannah, Joshua, Evan and Alex whom he loved and loved him unreservedly.
A first generation American, his family valued the American dream and built a wonderful life in Detroit where he was raised. He graduated from McKenzie High and joined the Army, serving with pride. After spending time traveling and gallivanting about he met the love of his love, Sue and they married in 1966. He started at Ford Motor and went on to have 3 children and raise his family in Westland before moving to South Lyon to be closer to his daughter. He was the epitome of kindness and generosity and would always go out of his way to do a good deed for someone. He had a way of making you feel treasured and thought about-his simple kindness’s are something that won't be forgotten by anyone who knew him. He loved God and his family and he loved watching any sport that was on TV. He will be remembered for being kind, gentle, and supportive. He was so well loved and will be missed by all. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM with a Trisagion at 7:30 PM at Harry J. Will Funeral Home: 37000 Six Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152. Funeral service Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM (in state 9:30 AM) at St Mary Orthodox Basilica: 18200 Merriman Rd, Livonia, MI 48152. Camille will be laid to rest at Parkview Cemetery following the service. A meal of mercy will take place at Mama Mia's: 27770 Plymouth Rd, Livonia, MI 48150. Memorial donations may be made to the church in Camille's honor.
