David A. Ciminelli

David was born on June 9, 1953, in Detroit, MI, to Margaret and Francis Ciminelli. He was the beloved husband of Cheri and the proud father of Christina (Adam), Michael (Angela), Tiffany, Megan (Dustin), and Katie (Marie). David is also survived by his brother, Rob (Carol), and his niece Erica (Geoffrey), and nephew Derek and his cherished grandchildren: Jackson, Peyton, Aubrey, Landon, Carter, Ashton, Lucas, Dakota, Jackson and Cameron. He was preceded in death by his mother Margaret, father Francis, aunt Jeanne, and uncle Ron.

Known for his kind and generous nature, David was loved by all who knew him. He had a great sense of humor and could always bring smiles to the faces around him. David's loving and caring personality touched the lives of many, and he will be deeply missed.

In his free time, David enjoyed indulging in various hobbies. He was an avid golfer and took pleasure in spending hours on the golf course, honing his skills. He was an enthusiastic supporter of Michigan Football, baseball and hockey, and he would often be found cheering on his favorite teams. Nascar races held a special place in David's heart, and he loved watching the thrilling races unfold. Furthermore, he cherished the time spent at the family's cottage in Canada, creating lasting memories with his loved ones.

David Anthony Ciminelli's presence will forever be felt in the lives of those he leaves behind. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, sense of humor, and his love for his family and friends. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

A visitation for David will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Homes, 37000 W. Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Harry J Will Funeral Homes.
