Dean was the first of two sons of teachers, George & Marilyn Masouredis.
Growing up, he experienced epic summer family camping trips traversing North America by car. Highlights were visiting relatives out west, hiking, and exploring our national parks during the 1960s.
Dean graduated from Edsel Ford High School in Dearborn in 1970. He studied Anthropology at Harvard University, class of 1974.
He was a lifelong musician and performed with the Dearborn Big Band at the Michael Guido Theater. Dean was a member and sang in the choir of the First Presbyterian Church of Dearborn.
Dean was kind, smart, and had a strong faith. He was committed to helping many people. May he rest in peace.
