Born on March 24, 1978, in Southfield, Michigan, Dominic was the cherished son of Elaine and Dominic Soave Sr. and brother to Angie and Krissy. From a young age, he displayed a strong sense of commitment and pride—qualities that would define his life both personally and professionally.
A proud alumnus of Our Lady of Victory School and a graduate of Catholic Central High School, Dominic’s roots in Livonia ran deep. At just 10 years old, he began working at the family business, Primos Pizza, alongside his father. It was there, amidst the ovens and community buzz, that he met the love of his life, Michelle (Galindo) Soave. The two shared a beautiful marriage of 23 years, raising three wonderful children: Olivia, Bella, and Dominic.
Dominic was a deeply loving and devoted father to his three children and a caring, supportive husband to his wife, Michelle. His presence in their lives was a constant source of strength, joy, and warmth. Whether he was helping with homework, cheering from the sidelines at their games, or simply sitting down for a family meal, Dominic made every moment count. He led with patience and kindness, always putting his family’s needs before his own. His love for Michelle was unwavering—rooted in mutual respect, laughter, and partnership. Dominic’s legacy is etched in the countless memories of quiet hugs, proud smiles, and the deep, unconditional love he gave so freely to his family every single day.
Dominic poured his heart into Primos, not only as a dedicated employee but as co-owner with his father. His work ethic, pride, and passion were evident in every pie served and every connection made. For Dominic, Primos was more than a business—it was a way to bring people together. Through the restaurant, he remained a steadfast supporter of the Livonia community, always finding ways to give back and stay involved.
Known for his warm spirit, generous heart, and unwavering integrity, Dominic was truly beloved by all who knew him. Whether behind the counter at Primos or out in the community, he made everyone feel like family.
Dominic’s passing was far too soon, but lives on through his wife Michelle, his children Olivia, Bella, and Dominic, his father Dominic Sr., his sisters Angie (Chris) and Krissy (Tommy), and the countless lives he touched along the way. He is reunited in peace with his beloved mother, Elaine, and grandparents Marino and Lena.
