Beth!  You were a blessing to our family and i feel so honored that u and my mother (mary jo) shared ur friendship with me & annie and joe!  You were our tradition for. decorating the xmass tree!  It was never the same without you!  But as you know, all too well, craziness came to join every year.  From losing electricity; plates falling & shattering all over & in our dinner; me accidentally guzzling candle wax; to the tree falling on baby joey and u (who were not walking then) jumping up to save him!  We were all astonished!  You were the xmas miracle that year.  I will never ever forget your laugh!  Contagious and so free!  You were a beautiful light with such kindness and love in your heart!  Thank you for all the memories and all the joy we shared with you.  I am sad i will not be able to see your face in this lifetime but I am thrilled that you are walking now and feeling that freedom for which you deserve!  I cannot be in Michigan to celebrate your soul with everyone else--but in my heart I am rejoicing your spirit!  All my love and hugs to your warm heart!  Tell nelson hi ! He lit up too whenever u were around!  I love you Beth!!!!!!!

Beth was such a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit.  She began for me as a client, who ended up becoming a very special friend.  I am a much better person for having known Beth as am happy to have been a caregiver and a friend.  Rest in Peace Sweet Beth.

My Dear Beth,
There are no words to express my love and friendship I have for you. I am so grateful for this past year with you...our time together will be forever in my heart. Thank you for being my adopted sister and my children's adopted aunt.  What fun we had having you for dinner and decorating our Christmas tree year after year.  God has taken you from us now to be free among the angels...go fly freely dear one....smile and be happy and come visit from time to time. I thank God for the gift of your precious friendship, love and companionship! Who would have known, that when we met in Kindergarten 56 years ago, that we would be forever friends?   We shared so many firsts in our lives.....I could fill over 1,000 pages. You will continue to live on in my heart and memories.  I know I have another very special angel, in heaven watching over me. Beth was a kind, caring, and special soul. She was a wonderful friend to my mom, Mary Jo, and a loving adopted aunt to my brother, sister, and I. My fondest childhood memories are when Beth would come for dinner and help decorate our Christmas tree. She made us a beautiful tree skirt and I will think of her every time my family and I use it. My thoughts and prayers are with Beth's family and friends. May she find eternal peace and happiness. - Annie Joseph Irey
