Every time you meet a great person, you try to keep her with you all the time. Thanks Elma

To Elma's family, I am very sorry for the loss of a great woman with such a powerful and wise presence. I was fortunate to have the chance to work with her for a short period of time; there is nothing short about the positive impact she had and has on me and my family. This was a classy lady, who would quickly pick you up when you needed it, by way of advice or some real talk. I always felt like she focused on helping people (including me) live up to and recognize their greatest potential. She is a person that I am thankful to have known, and learned from. I'll also miss her million dollar smile. I know that she is now with the Lord, but her comforting spirit will remain with all of us.

I believe though God, Elma did all she could to live by these words.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

I admired Elma's resilience as a women, who enjoyed success in her career and conveyed strength and confidence! But yet, could be vulnerable in sharing her weakness and dreams.

She had a heart for giving in many ways. She gave me counsel, understanding and laughter in time of need.     

I am blessed to have been a part of her life and I will treasure my memories of her.

I had the pleasure to work and share to many personal things with Elma always will be my American mom as she said... I will really missed you Elma.
God bless and comfort to their families to overcome this painful loss.

Dear Elma's family: Elma was a strong encouragement that there is hope beyond this life. One day we will meet her again, without any pain and fear. I am so blessed to know Elma. May our Father in Heaven comfort you as you are grieving for the loss.

Dear Elma - so many memories of Airflow Research and Manufacturing girlfriends, lunches with pinky swears and golf after work.  Your friendship brought so much fun and laughter, and you always had a way of hitting the nail on the head - whether at work or in a personal conversation.  You are so missed, but it is comforting to know you are with your Lord and Savior.

I worked with Elma for many years but because we worked at different locations I have not seen her for many months.  I was shocked and saddened to hear of Elma's passing. The last time I had the opportunity to see her she had a cute new hairstyle, a smile on her face and a positive outlook.  That is how I will remember her.  Fly high Elma!

So many great memories of Airflow Research and Manufacturing girlfriends, lunches with pinky swears and golf league with Elma.  She was always a fun and loyal friend who seemed to hit the nail on the head whether in a personal conversation or at work.  Gone too soon, will be greatly missed. Elma was a colleague of mine since 1997 and I couldn't ask for a better friend. She was always extremely helpful and a very dedicated associate. I will always have Elma in my thoughts and prayers. My deepest condolences go out to hear family and friends.
