Helen "Lynn" Newbrough

Loving mother of Daniel Moilanen, Debbie Konweski, Dianne (Dennis) Zagor, and Jodi Chrzan. Beloved grams of 11 and extended. Cherished great-grams of 7 and extended.

Lynn was preceded in passing by her 2 brothers, James "Kerry" and Sandy.

Lynn raised her children and then later worked at Detroit Diesel. She was loved by many at the plant and stayed in touch with several of them. She shared many stories about the men and women who came through her line at the cafeteria, and their smiles and joy from seeing her helped her love going to work.

Lynn enjoyed the little things in life. She was always smiling. The unconditional love she shared with all of her family and friends will be remembered. Some of her favorite things were church, bowling, camping, spending time with family & friends, shopping, going to craft shows, babysitting her grandkids, having family together on holidays, traveling, playing cards, and riding on the back of a motorcycle. She crocheted, sewed, cooked, baked, made awesome fudge and hard candy. Her love for all animals, but especially dogs, will live on forever.

A memorial gathering for Lynn will be held Wednesday, September 3, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, with a memorial service at 7:00 PM.
