Joseph Edward Shaw

Beloved husband of Eunice for 59 years. Dear father of Thomas (Lilia) Shaw, Daniel Shaw, the late Mary (David) Shulte, Robert Shaw, Kathleen (Gary) Vella, and Amy (Casey) King. Proud grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 2. Brother of the late William (Susan) Shaw, the late Jack (Theresa) Shaw, George (the late Arlene) Shaw, and Edward Shaw. Joseph graduated from St. Mary’s in Redford in 1947 and was a proud veteran of the US Army during the Korean War. He owned G&M Market on Lahser in Redford and later retired from Diversey Chemical Co. Visitation Sunday, February 22 from 1-9pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, Livonia. Funeral Mass Monday, February 23 at 9:30am (in state at 9am) at St. Aidan Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Road, Livonia.
