A year has gone by and it's still hard to believe that you're gone. Our thoughts and memories will be lasting.

My deepest sympathy to both of you at this sad time. I have known Kathy as well as aeon for many years. My husband and I have travelled with them, laughed with them and in the past few years been there with Kathy in good times and bad. We were so happy to be with Kathy the week before she passed away. So sorry we won't be at her Mass since we are in Florida . We will be with her in spirit.

Dear Laurie, Denise & families.......As a member of St. Aidan Church also, I always saw your mom faithfully joining in  song as a member of the choir.  We were acquainted then but only  became close after the sudden deaths of our husbands within four months of each other.  As time went on she graciously invited me to go with her to the casino in Canada where we spent many enjoyable nights having dinner, seeing great entertainment and more importantly sharing our grief and memories of our beloved hubbies.  As we laughed and cried through this experience we became close friends and confidantes  Eventually we also became pinochle buddies and I'll have to say she was a sharp card player!  During her illness I admired the stoic way she handled her affliction (I don't know if I could have done as well).  I will miss her laughter and companionship but am happy that she went peacefully as did your dad.  She loved him so and can now spend eternity with him in heaven.  I  know the days ahead will be difficult and I send my thoughts and prayers to all of you.......God bless and keep you all.

I'm so sorry to hear about your sweet mom.  She was always such a Light and a joy to be around.  My girls and I so enjoyed spending some time with her when we were back in Michigan.  I am grateful to have known her and am sending you Love.
