Margaret Ann Devitt

She was born April 21, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Natale and Anna Vincentini.

Beloved wife of the late Dale W. Devitt, loving stepmother of Pam (Sam) DelMauro and the late Jeffrey (Gerald Kvortek), sister of Dominick, Louis, Mary, Beatrice, Reynold, Arthur, and aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Margaret was loving, caring and a lot of fun. She’ll be remembered for her beautiful smile, and the hostess of the best family Christmas parties ever. She was greatly loved and will be missed by everyone she touched.

Memorial donations in memory of Margaret may be directed to St. Jude Research Hospital or Salvation Army.

In accordance with Margaret's wishes, cremation has taken place.

A Memorial Mass will take place at 9:30 am on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at St. Aidan Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. Margaret's family will receive visitors from 9:00 am until the time of Mass. A Memorial Luncheon will follow at St. Aidan's Activity Center. After lunch, a Committal Service and Inurnment will take place at 2:30 pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan 48442, where Margaret will be placed with her husband, Dale.
