Marilyn Eleanor Wilbert

Marilyn was born January 13, 1940, to the late Marvin and Eleanor Frommert in Detroit, Michigan.

Loving mother of David, Susan (Robert) Exelby, and Mark (Cynthia). She was preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Delbert.

Marilyn spent her career working as a registered nurse at various places ahead of her retirement from Angela Hospice. She was an active member of her church communities, Timothy Lutheran and Holy Trinity. She was an instrumental member of the worship boards who planned services as well as the choir, and even directed the children's choir at Timothy Lutheran for a period of time. Marilyn was known for her generous spirit, volunteering much of her time to serving the community.

A visitation will be held Thursday, June 19, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, with a nurse honor guard at 7:00 PM. An in state will occur Friday, June 20, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 39020 Five Mile Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48154, followed by a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM. Marilyn will be laid to rest at Glen Eden Memorial Park.
