Nancy L. Davis-Shields

Nancy Lynn Davis-Shields was born on March 30, 1955 in Dearborn, Michigan. She was the first child born to James and Lois Davis. Nancy passed away on April 29, 2016 in Livonia, Michigan at the age of 61.

Raised in Metro-Detroit Nancy went to Madonna University and graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree. She went on to work at Sinai Hospital in Detroit as a registered nurse. She loved to travel especially to places by the ocean with warm weather such as Sanibel Island, Florida and Seal Beach, California.

Nancy was the loving wife of Kenneth Shields, who she married in Walkoloa, Hawaii 23 years ago. Together they settled in Livonia and raised their cherished daughter Danielle. She is also survived by her beloved sister Cyndi (John) Pettit and Lori (Al) Siemasz both of Dearborn, and many loving friends and extended family members.

Nancy's family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday May 4, 2016 from 2-8 pm and Thursday May 5, 2016 from 10 am until the time of her funeral service, 11 am, at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd. (east of Newburgh and I-275) in Livonia.
