Nino wasn't just my brother in law. I knew him since I was 2yrs. old. He was a very hard worker, a very kind, respectful man who loved my sister with all his heart and was so very proud of his children and grandchildren. Nino I will miss you and I promise you I will be there for Gina every step of the way. I love you Nino. Rimane in Pace.

To the love of my life, I will miss you dearly, you put me, your children and grandchildren first always. You were a kind, loving person and would do anything for us. My cousin Vickie asked me "what can I do for you?" I said bring him back to me. But that's the way God wanted this. I don't understand it. But I will have to except. Thank You for 37 beautiful yrs. I cannot find words sufficient to express the sorrow I feel for the  extended DelBene family.  The loss of Nino is like taking a spoke out of a bicycle wheel.  Once it is gone the wheel cannot run true, ever again.  The DelBene family is now a wheel missing a spoke.  I know it will be hard for them during these times but with the love and continuing support they show for each other it will get a little easier each day.

I had the greatest admiration and respect for Nino.  He was a loyal friend for most of our working lives and always willing to help at the drop of a hat.  The most important things to Nino were his family and especially his grandkids, which is a most admirable quality in any man.   I do not know of any other man that had a stronger work ethic than Nino.  I had the opportunity to work with him at GM and as a plumber and he could outwork almost any 2-men.  Love of family, friends and work are qualities we all have to admire and Nino's dedication to them is memorable.  I will miss him dearly and will carry many, many good memories of him at work and at play for the rest of my life.

I am sure going to miss my favorite Italian friend. I was just thinking of the days when I worked at D & C in Ypsilanti and Nino came in to order some fittings. For the life of me, I couldn't understand what he was asking for,& I'm Italian also, Laugh! Oh!  how we laughed. Nino was a wonderful,caring man who would give the shirt off his back to help someone. I will miss you Nino so very much. To Gina and family, my heart goes out to you. The Love he gave to you Gina, his kids & grandchildren,& all the people who has touched his life, his LOVE will carry on forever. I love you all very much.
