Richard passed away peacefully on January 12, 2018. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy. He is survived by children; Mark Sawicki, Scott (Jeannine) Sawicki and Laura (Jim) Van Etten; grandchildren; Eli, Savannah, Austin, Brock, Callista, Waverly, and Cameron, and sister Marilyn.
Richard is the former owner of Redford Pharmacy. He enjoyed travelling, learning about history, and spending time with his family.
Visitation will take place at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile Rd. Livonia, MI 48152 on Sunday, January 14th from 1-8pm, with a rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be at St. Colette Catholic Church of Livonia, on Tuesday, January 16th, at 10:30am with an in state time at 10am.
