Rose Mary Davis

She was the loving mother of Dawn (John) Morrison, John (Sondra) Davis, and Michael (Cheryl) Davis. Proud grandmother of Kenny Davis, Lauryn (Tim) Nickert, Joshua Greenhalge, Kyle Davis, and Kassidy Davis. Cherished great-grandmother of Jackson and Cameron. She will be especially missed by her lifelong friend of 65 years Amy Gunter, along with her bonus daughter Laura (Ken) Troha, and bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren Amy Rose (Patrick Jr) Borkus, their children Kendall, Patrick and Andrew, as well as Melanie (Kyle) Simpson, their children Nora and Frank.

Rose spent her career with the Kmart corporation, spanning from 1971 to 2010 as a pension specialist. She enjoyed playing cards; Poker and Texas Hold'em being her favorites. She also liked to bowl with her family and friends, she was on several leagues. She loved Las Vegas. In later years, she enjoyed sitting on her porch with neighbors. She loved cookies and milk at 2:00 am, a good party, and ice cream any time. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

A memorial gathering will be held Thursday, May 15, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, followed by a memorial service beginning at 12:00 pm. She will be laid to rest with her mother in Glen Eden Memorial Park.
