Sandra "Sandy" Ann Laco, age 82, of Livonia, Michigan passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025. Beloved mother of Tom (Lisa) Laco and Tim (Asha) Laco. Proud grandmother of Jack, Luke, Abby, Keegan, and Owen. Dear sister of Carol Wasko.
Sandy was preceded in passing by her loving husband, James J. Laco, parents Paul and Julia Sikora, and brother Paul Sikora.
Sandy will be remembered for her hard work and dedication as a registered nurse. She was always putting those she cared for above herself. She was a member of St Edith Parish for over forty years.
A memorial mass will be held on Friday, May 16, 11:00am at St Edith Catholic Church, 15089 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48154. Friends and family are welcome to gather before the service beginning at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or InHouse Hospice, who took great care of her in her final days.
