

Seymour was preceded in death by his Mother, Irene Isabella Forbing; Father, Seymour Henry Forbing; Brothers Paul and Robert Forbing; Sisters Betty Forbing, Beverly Deeg, Emma Goyette, and June Jackson.
Seymour is survived by: Wife Judith (Judy) Mitchem Forbing of 61 years, Children Lynette (Mike) Pohlman, Cheryl (Laurie) Doughty, Scott (Simbiriam) Forbing; Grandchildren: Misty Hassy, Jennifer Discher, Brandon Swider, Nathan Mobley, Brandy Mobley, Alex Forbing, and Leah Forbing; 11 Great Grandchildren; Siblings Neva Finkbeiner, Barbara Peck, John Forbing, Charlie Forbing, Dan Forbing, Edwin Forbing, Tom Forbing, and Randy Forbing.
Seymour graduated from Bad Axe HS. He served honorably in the US Army. He worked at Packaging Corporation in Plymouth, MI 1962-1969, General Motors until retirement in 2002. He enjoyed taking college classes while employed at GM. Seymour was an usher at St. Priscilla Catholic Church in Livonia, MI. He enjoyed winters in Florida, hunting, bowling, softball, fishing, walking and visiting relatives in the Thumb of MI. He loved being with family especially his children, grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
A visitation for Seymour will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Homes, 37000 W. Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Seymour's memory may be made to Wounded Warrior; and Your Favorite Charity or to a charity of your choice.
