Betty Rose

Edna (Betty) Rose ( Watts) passed on August 20th in her sleep at Maple Park Lodge Fort Erie , Ontario. Betty was born in Plymouth,England March 14, 1923. Predeceased by her husband of 73 years Victor Arthur Rose July 20th 2015. Born to Francis (Frank) and Ethel Watts, Betty was the youngest of her 6 sisters Olive, Winifred, Gladys, Violet, Edie and Joan. Loving Mother of Frances (Wayne) and Richard (Gail) and Grandmother to Warren, Ryan, Christopher (Lisa), Jamie (Shannon) and Adam (Lynn). Great Grandma to Jayden, Nathan, Hayley, Coledyn, Seth and Callie. Betty had many hobbies like swimming, knitting, sewing , crocheting , writing poetry but her biggest passion was oil painting until she became legally blind. Many a summer was spent at their trailer in Bayfield on Lake Huron. She will be sadly missed. Visitation will take place at Needham Funeral Service ((520 Dundas Street, London ON) on Wednesday August 25th beginning at 1pm. A funeral service will follow on the same day at 2pm.
