PHILLIPS, Brian - On June 22, 2013, Brian Victor Phillips of London in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Darlene Moskal. Loving father of Michelle, Matthew and Robyn Phillips. Dear grandfather of Mason Phillips. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Michael and Gordon and sisters Linda, Gail and Karen as well as his extended family and his little buddy Rocky.
