Nécrologie de Nadine Judith Smith
March 14, 1972-December 5, 2021 Passed away suddenly on December 5, 2021 in her 50th year. She will be dearly missed by her loving mother, Claudette; her brothers Anthony, Omar and sister Natasha; nieces Demica and Kiera, many aunts, uncles and cousins in Canada, the United States, England, France and Jamaica. Predeceased by her father Colin, and grandparents. She will always be remembered for her beautiful singing, her very kind nature and her warm smile. Nadine was a gifted child and in her younger years she loved to dance ballet, showed an aptitude for creative drawing and loved to play soccer. Through these activities, her spirit truly flourished. Special thanks to Dr. Milo; nurses, especially, Kelly, Rada and Nick of St. Joseph’s Health Care ACT 3; Dr. McDonagh and the nursing staff at Parkwood Institute Mental Health H3; the staff at the Canadian Mental Health Association - Boler Road and the Doctors and nurses in the Critical Care Trauma Centre at Victoria Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held Friday December 17th at Needham Funeral Service (520 Dundas Street, London) from 3pm-6pm. Full vaccination required and proof of vaccination with ID required to be presented before entering the building. A memorial service will take place the following day, Saturday December 18th at 11am at Needham Funeral Service. This service will be livestreamed on www.funeraweb.tv or you will find the link on the Needham Funeral Service website. If you plan on attending the service in person, please ensure you are prepared to show proof of full vaccination with ID to be permitted to enter.
