Beloved wife of the late Ted Flaxman (2005). Born in Forest, Ontario, the only daughter of the late Frank and Edith Proctor. Predeceased by her four brothers Bruce, Doug, Ross and Jack Proctor. Survived by her sister-in-law Madeline Proctor and several nieces and a nephew and many wonderful loyal friends. Norma was a life member of St. Jude's Anglican Church. Norma resided at Richmond Woods in London. Norma's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. at Needham Funeral Service, 520 Dundas St., London, (519-434-9141), followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Phil Uptgrove officiating. Interment at a later date in Beechwood Cemetery, Forest.
