Suddenly at University Hospital on October 6, Victor Albert Phillips in his 75th year has lost his battle to dementia. Son of Henry and Edith. Predeceased by his brothers Roy and Donald. Loving brother to Maureen and Doreen. Loving husband for 45 years to Betty-Lou. Dearly missed by son Doug(Kristi) and predeceased by his son Christopher David. Visitation will take place at Needham Funeral Home (520 Dundas) on Thursday October 8th, from 11am-1pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 1pm.
