Donald Lee Castleman

Don Castleman was born on February 10, 1931 in Mineral Wells, Texas to Orville and Beatrice Castleman. He passed away on January 1, 2013. He married Carol, wife of 64 years, on November 3, 1948. Don was known for his warmth and kindness to everyone he met. He will be missed by his wife, Carol; daughters and their spouses, Cathy and David Bastian and Julie and Bill Berumen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Julie, Sara, Danny, Derek, Meghan, and Amy; and 11 great grandchildren, Madison, Olivia, Lola, Finn, Phillip, Raena, Luke, Van, Caleb, Lucy, and Gianna. He was preceded in death by his beloved sons and grandson, David, Danny, and Phillip. Lastly, he leaves a brother, Vernon and sister, Ruth. Don lived life well. He was a loving family man and a devoted friend who treasured the many gifts God gave his family. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Cyprian Church, 10:30am, Wednesday, January 9.
