On March 21, 2015, Dorothy (Dotty) Ann Hacker passed away. She was born in Boise, Idaho on October 27, 1920. She had been a resident of Long Beach since 1954. Dorothy is preceded in death by her mother Rose Marie Daniel and father Benjamin Harrison Daniel. She is survived by her son William Nichols and daughter Patricia. Dotty was employed by the Ohio Rubber Company in Long Beach and went on to work for the Gas Company in 1984. Dotty and Richard Fleming met in 1965 and had been companions until her passing. Interest of note is that Dotty and Richard died within one day of each other. They were avid league bowlers.
