Mario, you will be truly missed. I remember coming out of building 300 at VA Hospital. You would be sitting under the tree on the picnic table. Enjoyed the laughs and making jokes when I would tell you to wake up when you would ride to Upland to meet your brother. RIH my friend.

How do we say goodbye? There are no words that feel big enough. In the short time God allowed you to be here with us, your love, your presence, and the Spirit of God that shined through you were placed in our hearts forever. You were always quiet, yet your presence was always felt. Your humility, your love for God, for your mother, your brothers, your family, your beautiful infectious smile are things we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. Oh, we cannot forget your camera. You captured birthdays, graduations, parties, and every family gathering—big or small. Because of you, we have memories that will bless us forever. Matthew 5:16 says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and your Father will be glorified in Heaven.”Your light truly shined.
One thing that stood out most was the love you showed your mom. You honored God’s Word: Exodus 20:12 — “Honor your father and mother.”Ephesians 6:1 — “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.”
You made sure she never wanted for anything. You walked beside her every step of the way—serving, protecting, supporting. Whether it was taking out the garbage, pumping the gas, bringing her food, listening when she needed to vent, sharing church songs and scripture, or comforting her with prayer—you were an amazing son. Your life reflected Jesus, and like His footprints in the sand, the footprints you left on our hearts will carry us forever.Mario, we are so proud of you. You fought to the end, always with that smile. You shared your gratitude, your videos, your emojis, and you never complained. When God gave you wings and welcomed you through Heaven’s doors, we know He greeted you with open arms and said, “Well done, My good and faithful servant. Your assignment is complete.”You were a cheerful giver whose kindness touched many—especially your family.Your presence was quiet, but your work spoke loudly. You will forever be in our hearts. To My Sweet Daughter Margurette
Margurette,
I know it seems hard for you right now losing another one of Gods precious gifts, Mario and six months ago losing Lil Marvin.
I want you to know I feel your hurt and pain. I know what it is like to lose a child. Most importantly, your son knew God and God knew him and you know where your child went, resting in the arms of Jesus. He is not suffering and is at Peace. Your Faith is strong. You will have some rough days that you will miss him.
God will be your Comforter. He will give you strength. I will always be here for you. You did an excellent job raising your children. Margurette, I am so proud of you. In my own words, " If no one tells you they love you and will be there for you, you know you can look down the road and say that's my mama right here for me whatever I need, a prayer, a song, "1 Know Jesus, He's in Heaven and He sees all about me." And know I am and always will be your connection to God." I can surely get a prayer through. My Meditation: Lord, I Need Your Love and Guidance Everyday. Read it for spiritual strength. I love you so much! I am sending you a big hug and kisses. Stay strong, hold on because Gods got you wrapped in His arms holding you close to Him. God Bless you Margurette, my sweet daughter.

Our Beloved Cousin Mario:
A shining star, a pure blessing from God. Your spirit will forever shine deeply in our hearts. Your infectious smile, your tight hugs, and most of all your unconditional love will never fade away. 

Take your rest Cousin! As you slipped away from this earthly world, we know you resting safe in God’s arms. As you lifting and waving your hands, we can hear you singing to the heavenly pearl gates :
“I shall wear a crown.
When it's all over.
I shall see His face.
When it's all over.
I'm going to put on my robe, and tell the story how I made it over
Soon as I get home 
Soon as I get home
Soon as…I get… Home!”

You made it home to your final resting place, NO more pain and  NO more suffering. Keep watching over us. You will forever be in our hearts.

Love you, Mario and I am going to be missing you very much but one thing for sure is that I will never forget that day you were at my house and I asked you what you were eating because you kept going back and forth up stairs and finally you said uncle Will, I've been eating that meat out of the pot upstairs on the stove and I said OH NO that's my smoke meat for greens , and we laughed all night. Love you Mario and I will never forget that night we had a wonderful time together. Love uncle Will always and you will be in my heart forever.

From building 500 to our dearest friend and coworker Mario . Mario, you were more than Work to us more than a task. You brought warmth that made the workspace shine with your patience, laughter, and steady grace. You left a mark in every workspace. Although you’re gone and out of sight , you are never far a guided light you came to work with open hands, and you lifted  our hearts without a plan this is a celebration of Mario, beautiful life, and presence !!! he will always have a memory and a special place and all of our hearts we love you, Mario always and forever!!!!
