May 5, 1963 – February 21, 2026
After surviving and escaping the Khmer Rouge, she came to America where she met the love of her life, Nouv Khim, and married in April 1981. Together, they built a beautiful family and raised eight children: Rena, Sopheap, Vannack, Sophea, Johny, Kenny, Sophoan, and Jeremy.
Her legacy continued to grow with her cherished grandchildren: Chhaya, Atlas, Londyn, Leda, Ivan, Emmie, Nouva, and Judy.
A woman with a heart big enough for everyone, she gave love freely to all who crossed her path. We are funny because of her. We are compassionate because of her. We are creative because of her.
She was not only our mother, grandmother, sister, and auntie — she was our best friend.
Now, Reap Yim rests peacefully, reunited with her loved ones on the other side, knowing the next generation stands strong, carrying on her legacy with love.
