Victor Mendoza was born in Guatemala on December 18, 1931. With his family by his side, he peacefully went to the Lord on August 29, 2015 in Downey, CA. Sr. Victor is survived by his children: Maria (Abraham) Quilizapa & Rafael N. Mendoza. He leaves his legacy on this earth through his 3 grandchildren & is also survived by his 3 brothers & sisters. He will be deeply missed by all his family.
