Arrangements for June Penney, 78, of Big Sandy are under the direction of Lakeview Funeral Home in Longview. Mrs. Penney passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday Morning December 26, 2021. June was born on June 17, 1943 in St. Johns, Newfoundland.
June is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Penney Koechel and husband Greg of Deer Park, TX; Peggy Penney Mick and husband Mike of Brenham, TX; and Terry Penney Land and husband Eric of Tyler, TX. One brother, Gordon Pike of St. Johns, Newfoundland; grandchildren, Katie, TJ, April, Monica, Elizabeth, and Megan; 7 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Pike, son William Penney, and husband Art Penney.
