Lillie was born on May 25, 1916 in Ringling, Oklahoma to George and Edna Dowdy. She passed away on April 17th in a local nursing home. She is survived by her son Billy Richardson and his wife Anna of Houston, grandson Thomas Richardson of Houston, nieces Phola Hill and her husband Tipp of Oklahoma; Pat Newman and her husband Leo of Oklahoma, Debbie Dunaway and her husband Ken of Longview, nephews David Richardson and his wife Ann of Longview, Darrell Cooper of Tyler and Benny Cooper of Dallas.
