Margaret Evelyn Daniel, 100, of Longview, Texas passed away on January 11, 2013 at her residence. She was born on December 16, 1912 in Navarro County, Texas to Julius Fant and Nora Mae Phillips. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and the SPJST. She married John Dewey Daniel and he preceded her in death on January 29, 2002. She is survived by her brother: Earl Dean Phillips of Hubbard, Texas; Son: Kenneth Dewey Daniel and wife Elizabeth of Longview, Daughter: Doris Marie Roberts and husband Curtis Lee of Longview; Grandchildren: Gregory Lee Roberts and his wife Gesila of Troup, TX, Donna Sue Downs and her husband Bradley of Longview, Debra Lois Love and her husband Michael of Gilmer, Ronald Keith Daniel and his wife Patty of Longview; nine great grandchildren; twelve great great grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, five brothers and two sisters.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Love officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
