Martha D. Richardson

Martha Dean “Deanie” Richardson, born May 12, 1948, in Longview, Texas to Fred T. and Florence Morrow Emmel, passed from this life on March 28, 2011, in Longview, Texas. Mrs. Richardson was married to James F. Richardson on June 10, 1966, and they shared 45 wonderful years together. She loved to cook and take care of her family, especially her kids and grandkids.

Deanie is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Jerry Emmel. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband, James F. Richardson; sons, James Matt Richardson; Keith Richardson and wife Angie Oney Richardson; daughter, Tara Richardson Shirley and husband Christopher Shirley; grandchildren, Austin Richardson; Ashlyn Richardson; Destiny Whitfield; and Macie Sperier; brothers, Fred Emmel; Mike Emmel; Steve Emmel; special friends, Ronnie and Fay Toon; Bobby and Loraine Bounds; Tommy and Charlene Jones; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.

Funeral services for Mrs. Richardson will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Lakeview Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne Spanhanks and Tommy Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens. All services are under the direction of Lakeview Funeral Home.
