Rhonda loved sports and playing them with her kids.
She is survived by her parents, Norma and Henry Stevens, Companion Darrell Fowler of Longview, sons Jeremy Horn, Jaidon Parrish of Gilmer, brother Bo Barrow of Liberty City and special nephew Brady Barrow, of Liberty City, half sisters Mitzi Cameron (Howard) of Mt. Pleasant, and Sharon Rebsom of Lone Oak, step sister Sharon Kinney (Craig) of Arlington, step brother Mark Stevens of Big Sandy, special aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by father Jerry Barrow and adopted son James Horn.
