Salvador Valles

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Salvador Valles, age 59, who departed this life on November 15, 2025, in Lufkin, Texas. Born on May 30, 1966, in Mezquitic, Jalisco, to Juan Valles and Maria Concepcion Quintanilla Estrada, Salvador was raised in the United States of America, where he embraced the values of hard work and generosity that would define his life.

In 1988, Salvador married the love of his life, Gerri Tafoya, and together they nurtured a family filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. He was a devoted father to their two sons and took immense joy in spending time with his beloved grandbabies. Salvador’s home was a gathering place where family bonds were strengthened over hearty meals, card games, and spirited football games.

A true man of all trades, Salvador dedicated over 50 years to various companies, embodying a work ethic that was nothing short of inspiring. He believed in the power of giving and was always ready to share his wisdom, extending a helping hand to those in need and uplifting those around him.

Salvador will be remembered for his warm heart, unyielding spirit, and the countless lives he touched through his generosity. His legacy will live on through the love he fostered within his family and the lasting impact he made on his community.

He leaves behind his two sons, Patrick and John Paul Valles, and their wives Desiree and Lupe Valles, and his six grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at Lakeview Funeral Home, located at 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, Texas, 75604, on November 22, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
