

Tony E. Baldridge died on March 13, 2003. Tony was born in Longview , Texas , to Bill and Theresa Baldridge on November 30 1957. He lived in Longview and White Oak. As a boy, Tony liked riding his bike, putting model cars together, and playing at the creek near his home. He also had fun playing with Lincoln Logs. Tony was a member of the Boy Scouts Of America, where he earned medals and life skills. He really enjoyed being a scout and was very good at it. His favorite pets growing up were, a wienny dog named Peanut. He also had an Irish Setter named Brandy. When Tony was in his teens he loved to ride motorcycles. He competed in Motocross racing . He did well and won awards. Tony attended and graduated from White Oak High School in 1977.Tony took cources at Kilgore College. He married and had a daughter , Brandi. A couple of years after his divorce, Tony and I fell in love and married on February 29 1988, a leap year! I had 3 children when we married. Tony assumed the role of father to my children. Making them our children.He was their only Dad for most of their lives so far. He was a wonderful father, husband, and my best friend. Tony was a very hard worker. For the last 91/2 years he worked for Hatco. He had many friends there. He was a wonderful man , and our lives revolved around him. He was taken from us way to soon, by a sudden illness. He is survived by: his father and mother Bill and Theresa Baldridge, his wife Dana Baldridge. Four loving children; Miranda Kokenzie and her husband Lance Kokenzie. Brandi Baldridge, Shawna Horn and, Kevin Horn. One brother Lonny Baldridge and his wife Angie. 3 Grandchildren; Noah, Landon, and Allison Kokenzie. Neices and nephews; Haleigh, Cody, Brad, Heath, Whitney ,and Autumn. He will be greatly missed because he was such a very fine man.
