Mr. Westmoreland was born on November 9th, 1984 in Longview, Texas to James Westmoreland and Donna Pickett. Tyler was a longtime resident of Longview, Texas and graduated from Spring Hill High School in 2003. Tyler enjoyed spending time with his family and was described as a friend to all.
Mr. Tyler Westmoreland was preceded in death by his brother Chris Westmoreland. He leaves behind his loving mother, Donna Pickett of Longview, Texas and father James Westmoreland of Lake-o-the-Pines, Texas. Tyler will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
