Judy was raised by her parents, Walter and Ann, in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. After graduating from Pequannock Township High School in 1987 and beginning college at Montclair State University, Judy made her way out to San Diego, California with her mom and her brother. It was in San Diego that Judy graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts and began an exceptionally successful three-decade career working for the Better Business Bureau. It was also in San Diego where Judy met and became close friends with Jack Yeh, the man who (after reconnecting many years later) would become her husband. Their romance and marriage brought Judy and Jack so many beautiful experiences, memories and relationships – the most important of which was Judy’s relationship with Jack’s children, Tyler and Danica. Her relationship with them was one of the greatest joys of her life. She loved them like they were her own and they so dearly cherished her always present role in their lives.
Judy’s stunningly beautiful smile and energy lit up every room into which she walked, especially if there was a child within 10 feet of her presence. Judy loved living life and sharing her spirit with everyone she cared about. She enjoyed shopping for others, wrapping presents, travel, food, wine, and laughing with her friends and family – especially Christine Morrow (Talerico) her best friend since the age of 3, who has been by her side through thick and thin. Judy’s kindness, humor, thoughtfulness, care, generosity and love were a gift to this world. She will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
In addition to Jack, Judy is survived by her stepchildren Tyler and Danica, her mother Ann and brother Adam, and many other family members and friends. Judy was preceded in death by her father Walter and her sister Janet.
