Manuel is survived by his wife, Maria Magdalena Rosa; his daughter Magdalena Rosa; and his son Manny Rosa.

A rosary service for Manuel will be held Friday, June 23, 2023 at 2:30 PM at St Peter's Italian Catholic Church, 1039 N Broadway, Los Angeles, California 90012. Following the rosary service will be a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at St Peter's Italian Church, 1039 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
